Have you ever been frustrated by the lack of customer service or the disrespect? We’re both 20-something young professionals and more than willing to spend our cash, but more often than not, we’re put off by the lack of customer service. If businesses really wanted to succeed, surely they would put more effort into understanding and serving their customers.
